Booking and Refunds

Booking Policy
All bookings are to be made online via this website [outtabounds.co.uk].

The booking is not secured until full payment has been completed. Timeslots will still be available to other customers until final payment has been confirmed.

It is the customers responsibility to check booking details are correct (times, no. of players, amounts, as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a payment is has been confirmed.

Refunds
Outtabounds offer a standard no refunds policy on all online bookings.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel a booking, you can do so by using the link provided in your booking confirmation email, providing we have at least 48 hours notice.
