Booking Policy
All bookings are to be made online via this website [outtabounds.co.uk].

The booking is not secured until full payment has been completed. Timeslots will still be available to other customers until final payment has been confirmed.

It is the customers responsibility to check booking details are correct (times, no. of players, amounts, as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a payment is has been confirmed.

Refunds
Please note that Outtabounds has a standard no-refund policy for all online bookings. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer refunds.

However, we do offer flexibility in terms of rescheduling, and you can easily do this by clicking the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Please note that to qualify for rescheduling, we must receive at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

We sincerely apologise for this time restriction, and we want to be fully transparent about the reason. Due to the nature of our services, we conduct necessary annual price adjustments each year to account for changing costs and to ensure we can maintain the high quality of service you expect. To align the value of your gift card purchase with the cost of services at the time of redemption, we must set a clear, twelve-month expiration date.

We understand this may be inconvenient, and we encourage the recipient to book their service well within the 12-month window. We are approachable and understanding, so if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch :-)
