The debut Outtabounds Indoor Golf Winter League has officially come to a gripping conclusion.
We’ll be honest, when we kicked off this new league venture nearly 3 months ago, uncertainty loomed over who would enter, would everyone get on with each other, how the nights would flow and how it would all finally pan out at the end of the schedule.
However, hindsight reveals what we can wholeheartedly affirm: the Outtabounds pilot of the winter golf league 2024 was a resounding success, not just for ourselves but for every single player who signed-up to the golfing unknown.
So, first and foremost, to the players who entered, we salute you.
Over the past several weeks, a group of golf-loving-guys have been gathering every Wednesday evening from 6pm–9pm, transforming our single simulator bay into a golfing hub of competition and banter.
Genuinely, the atmosphere buzzed every single week without fail as everyone showed their skills, engaged in friendly rivalries and celebrated each other’s achievements (and mishaps). Every player brought their own unique personality and approach to our newly formed league.
On the final night, all players took to the stage. As the evening progressed, tensions mounted, concluding with an exhilarating round that saw the leading players showcasing their best performances to date.
When the final scores were tallied, it was @Professional Golf Advisor, who emerged as the our 1st Winter League Champion. The excitement reached a crescendo as Outtabound’s very own, Rob, conducted the presentation for the winner(s), with a celebratory atmosphere that aptly honoured the hard work and dedication of all players involved.
