We're thrilled to announce that our brand new Indoor Junior Golf League, Virtually GolfSixes, is finally up and running, and what a fantastic start it was! On Sunday, The Outtabounds Flames kicked off the league in style, with eager junior golfers ready to showcase their skills and have a blast doing it.
The Outtabounds Flames, Infernos, and Beeston Fields Golf Club teams all brought their A-game on their 1st time out on the course, with parents and kids alike buzzing with excitement to get underway. The atmosphere inside was electric as the young golfers took to the 1st tee, eager to put their skills to the test in a fun and competitive environment.
The league has been a long time coming, but the anticipation has been well worth it. The Outtabounds team has worked with the Golf Foundation and Beeston Fields Golf Club on this new pilot project to create an engaging and supportive environment for the kids to learn and grow their golfing abilities. And judging by the smiles on their faces, it's safe to say they've hit a hole-in-one!
The competition was relaxed, with all the kids having a fantastic time playing alongside their friends and co-team members. The parents were also beaming with pride, cheering on their juniors and enjoying the friendly team spirit.
The Virtually GolfSixes League promises to be a regular feature on the Outtabounds calendar, with matches taking place every week for the next 6 weeks.
We can't wait to see how the season unfolds and which team will come out on top. In the meantime, we're just thrilled to have been able to bring this exciting new initiative to life.
