Waiver

Please read and follow the rules below to ensure everybody has a safe and enjoyable time at Outtabounds Indoor Golf:

1. Only one player on the tee/hitting mat at any time. Please keep to the safe areas when it is not your turn.

2. A golf glove must be worn for every shot except putting to ensure a good grip. Anyone who let’s go of the club during or after a swing will be asked to sit out the remainder of their booking with no refund. Any damage caused as a result will be billed for accordingly.

3. Always aim at the middle of the screen. Use the controls to change the aimpoint.

4. Only approved Outtabounds golf balls may be used. These will be provided.

5. All golf clubs must be clean and free from debris.

6. No spiked footwear. Shoes must be clean and free from debris.

7. Please treat staff with respect at all times.

8. Golf is hard! If its not your day, don’t worry about it and don’t spoil other peoples experience.

In providing my consent to play, I understand that golf is not a risk free sport and that Chilwell Golf Sims Ltd, trading as, Outtabounds Indoor Golf, accepts no responsibility for any personal injury caused as a result of my actions or that of my fellow golfing partners actions.

Unruly or dangerous behaviour may result in police action, where full cctv footage will be disclosed.
